About

Quick Bio

I'm an eLearning developer and technical designer honed in on constructing clear, efficient and scalable interactive experiences. My work has ranged from leading university non-profits where I planned yearly curriculum for 100+ member chapters, to designing engaging digital learning content for thousands of stakeholders across the globe.

Alongside my technical work, I bring nearly a decade of public speaking and instructional facilitation experience, leading learning experiences ranging from small workshops to large-stage presentations for audiences of 5,000+.

In my personal business endeavors, I have been an avid game designer and freelance video editor for the past decade. My video editing has been featured in multiple successful multimillion dollar crowdfunding projects. In game design, I love engineering depth, exploring systems, and making positively memorable experiences.

MissionInsite Essentials Courses

An interactive product-training curriculum built to help users apply demographic insights confidently through simulation-style practice and decision-based learning.

Context

A multi-course program teaching learners how to use demographic software effectively and responsibly for planning and outreach.

Challenge

Users often understood features in isolation but struggled to translate demographic data into confident, practical decisions inside real workflows.

Approach

I prioritized decision practice over feature tours—designing interactions that helped learners interpret outputs, choose next steps, and understand “why” behind actions.

Solution

  • Refined the learner progression across the learning path to reduce friction and improve clarity
  • Designed interactive moments that reinforced interpretation and application, not just navigation
  • Developed custom interactivities using HTML/CSS/JS (jQuery) alongside rapid authoring tools
  • Ensured the experience remained scalable and consistent across the course series

Impact

  • Improved learning flow consistency across the curriculum
  • Increased learner confidence in applying demographic insights to real planning scenarios
  • Created reusable interaction patterns that could be repurposed across future product training
